Stable and opportunities for development. Good benefits and a great team of people to work with. Devoted to quality and ethics in their manufacturing.

Cons

Most developmental opportunities come if you work at the World Headquarters in Canton Ohio. Opportunities are still present at other locations, but more difficult to take if you are unable/unwilling to relocate.
