Pros

Benefits are the only thing that I would recommend this company for. There is nothing else worth mentioning to anyone.

Cons

Their management and sales techniques are a complete joke. Bait and switch sales tactics, a good ol' boys club, rampant drug use in management and sales and customer service reps. Commissions have continued to tank over the past two years. Managers encouraged to write fake reviews to beef up glassdoor rankings to cover up the real reviews.

Normally I would say, thank you for the feedback. But, its obvious by your comments and accusations that you have an axe to grind and I'm guessing didn't find much success in our positive culture. But, let me help clarify some of the inaccuracies you mentioned. First, you forgot another great Pro -- our people. They're amazing. Secondly, your cons are just negative accusations without merit. For instance, we're actually paying more commissions today than we did a year ago (to those who good sales people of course). And people are free (as you were) to write what they want on glassdoor. Which is why Trulia/Zillow was just named in the Top 10 nationally, of companies to work for "by our employees" and Denver has been recognized as a Top Company in Denver, for 3 years (by our employees). And, since many of our top salespeople and leaders are female, your boys club rant is without merit. We are a successful team. As you know, we have a very open-door policy, so if you'd be wiling to have a constructive conversation on ideas to help improve things, heck, we all can always be better, I would be more than happy to sit down and talk and listen to those ideas. Until then, I hope you find more positivity in your future. Best regards. Greg Bland, VP Sales

Pros

Beautiful building, good benefits, close to BART, free food, lots of happy hours.

Cons

While there used to be a modicum of concern about the paying agents, that has gone by the wayside. Agents spend their money to appear on the website, and when there is an issue they now only get voicemail saying everyone is in a meeting. If you like disparaging your paying customers, then this is the right place for you. But if you have an ounce of integrity, think about going elsewhere.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I'm sorry to see your comments. We are absolutely focused on delighting our users and paying agent customers. We have hundreds of high-integrity sales executives and customer service reps who take care of agents all day, every day. If you have specific examples you can share, I'd love to hear about them.
