Pros

Turner has great pay and very good benefits. It is a Company that takes care of their employees. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

Cons

You will work long hours. There is a lot of mandatory training which is not all bad but does take a lot of time.

Cons

I have no complaints. It has easily, without a doubt, been the best company that I have ever worked for.

No compensation for working 70-80 hours a week. No compensation for finishing projects under budget and ahead of time
