      Pros

      Lots of independence on how to run your own project. There are a lot of smart and ambitious team members so every day at work feels both challenging and supportive.

      Cons

      Many trainings, standards, financial protocol to follow but are constantly getting modified. This business unit does not have a very strong standardization process to ensure all employees are properly trained in the same way.

      Pros

      Turner has a great work culture and awesome people in the company. Not a lot of complainers. People understand why they are there.

      Cons

      However.....sometimes other people will try and roll their work onto your plate. You have to "push back" and stand your ground on work creating strong boundaries. Don't be the "yes" person, when you need to say no.
