      Pros

      Depending on BU people are great to work with have a sense of caring.

      Cons

      As a typical company/cooperation, profit over people. In some of the other struggling BUs, company as a whole doesn’t seem to want to be flexible with fee ranges know that the list of projects and people can be made up in the other sectors (I.e. data centers and advanced manufacturing)
