Lots of change and fake caring at the highest level

Pros

Competitive compensation, 401k, supportive local leaders, caring local leadership, GM/OM/HR, exciting projects

Cons

Leadership at HQ has become fear-based and overly bureaucratic. The hybrid program was removed while encouraging flexibility (make it make sense), and messaging from the CEO has been inconsistent: highly vocal on some social issues (e.g., COVID, George Floyd/BLM) but silent on others that don’t align with a particular viewpoint. While the company talks about “active caring,” that rhetoric has not translated into respectful treatment of our leaders.

Pros

Cool projects, the field guys are the best part

Cons

Upper management is extremely toxic and polarizing. Facists, who will hate you if you believe traditional conservative values or even just love America and reject the woke ideological sickness that has permeated every fabric of society. Openly hostile towards anything that goes against mainstream leftist. It’s okay to be activist if it’s for a terrorist organizations like Hamas or BLM but as soon as you reject “Equity over Equality” , I loved pretending and taking their money though

Pros

Large emphasis on development and training of new hires and young staff Excellent benefits, social outings, etc. Opportunities to work on some of the most high profile projects in the country

Cons

Lower salaries compared to peer companies (with caveat of great benefits) Can hit a "wall" after a number of years without promotion or growth due to no fault of your own (even with excellent performance reviews, overall company needs and direction outweighs personal development) Management is not always connected to the hardships being experienced "on the ground" but keeps demanding more (top down from corporate)
