Working on notable projects for notable clientele. Easy onboarding. Work life balance.

Cons

Long tenured employees tend to lean towards issuing commands, micromanaging junior employees instead of being team players. Reassignment can be instantaneous without any type of notification. "I mean getting a badging request from the owner/client as the means to notify you." Reassignment will not be based on your work experience, education qualifications or career path. "Go be a safety personnel after having a career in cost management type of reassignment."

Favoritism happens, if someone doesn't like you in management watch out your job will be in jeopardy! Pay is not competitive because they like to get interns since they are hungry & cheap work
