      Pros

      Great work environment, the managers were all helpful and knowledgeable. Every employee treated equal. You were able to move up in the company quickly.

      Cons

      When paving the deadline is usually going to be that day if doing for example a driveway, so there is going to be a lot of very long and hot days. so working for this company you are expected to put in long hours.
