Just starting out but am encouraged that you get a say in the direction your career takes and you get to learn from great training and work on significant projects.

Cons

As an Assistant Superintendent you have to go to where the projects are located so you must be willing to move from time to time.

Honestly in my time at TCCO there were very little cons, everyone there is very helpful with anything you need

Some of the best parts of this job is the community. There are great co-workers and positive attitudes everywhere. The pay is also pretty good.

Cons

There is a lot of moving around and work is pretty hard. Definitely not for the weak. The job will get dirty.
