When it come to salary, leaves, and bonuses the company is just and fair, but will also depends on your nationality.

Cons

Management gives favor to their friends, which is sometimes give an ugly atmosphere at work place. One at a time your colleagues will be fired because of politics. Most of the time they will not give not the real reason behind.
