      Great company to work for. I think I'm having one of the few bad experiences.

      It takes a long time to get promoted or change roles at the company. Middle management has lied to me many times on this topic.

      Great exposure to all trades for young engineers, lots of ability to have a say in where your career goes, fun people, supportive managers, service-oriented culture

      Project hours are sometimes grueling, bad business deals with clients can make the entire duration of the project frustrating and unfulfilling.
