      Pros

      I had a great experience at this company. The pay is good and there are a lot of good people there. There were always plenty of opportunities to advance available. You may have needed to look for them, but they were there. All it took was initiative.

      Cons

      The hours could be long sometimes. This wasn't too much of a problem, because I think that's pretty much the same anywhere you go.

      -Great environment -Hands on Experience -Good at finding strengths in employees -Decent Benefits and transitional ease -Informal Training within Teams are helpful

      Cons

      -Formal Training needs help -Once strengths are found, one can be pigeon-holed -Vacation Days are minimal - Can be intense -one must seek out opportunities, will not be volunteered easily
