      Pros

      The best aspect of the company is its hard-working people who appreciate your help. Staff and middle management are generally non-technical and are looking for assistance from IT.

      Cons

      IT is not mainstream, so opportunities are limited. Upper management believes IT is an overhead expense that can continually be down-sized. Path of least resistance is for IT management to cut top IT staff.
