Good people A lot of work - always busy 11 or 12 Holidays per year Vacation time is based on construction work experience Diversity is great

Cons

Compensation is not the greatest Work with them for more than 7 years and no opportunity to grow More than 50 hours of work per week (most of the time) They want diversity, but expect perfect English from no native Americans
