      Pros

      Turner has a great culture! They are very transparent in ever façade of the company. Turner prepares you and has great training.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the job, your job site may never be in one spot for long. Some job sites may require you to work longer than 40 hour work weeks without overtime. This can be a regular occurrence even when being paid based on a 40 our work week.

      Great Culture, Teamwork, Professional environment, Organized, PTOs and Holidays

      Cons

      Very slow promotional path, low Pay rates, no difference if you mess-up your job or do a fabulous job, no appreciation, very low bonuses. Duties and expectations don`t match with your title and pay rate
