      Pros

      They have a ton of resources at your disposal. They work to get you to follow your career path. If you want to transfer or relocate they will help you.

      Cons

      They probably pay less than other commercial contractors. Work hours are all over the board and the older staff expects you to work 6 days a week.

      Largest GC in the country with international divisions. Includes self perform work in select business units. High retention. Small company feel at local business unit.

      Cons

      Can be too process oriented. Corporate culture and requirements can get in the way of doing the best for employees and clients.
