      Pros

      I work in an office on the non-construction side of the house. Management is great as well as my co-workers. This is truly a team atmosphere.

      Cons

      Can work longer hours since I deal with the entire country but it can be rewarding at times.

      Largest builder in the US, heavy focus on developing staff, wide variety of opportunities to work on different projects and different aspects of the building process.

      Cons

      Long hours - usually expected to work a minimum of 50 hours a week, causing work-life balance to suffer. This causes many of younger employees to burn out and leave.
