Extensive training and learning oportunities

Once you start there as a CSA, you get stuck with the same salary and position for...ever; there's basically no growth potential; management is terrible and many times not capable of doing their job.

Pros

Great people, very international work environment. Very good graduate trainee program that gives you great exposure. Chances available to work abroad, Better benefits (401k matches and vacation days) than most other companies.

Cons

Being loyal to the company doesn't pay off anymore. Horrible internal politics. Very difficult to move to other desks internally. Compensation has been on the decline for years and has been very heavily impacted by trading losses and fines,
