Pros

Laid back culture with no accountability or expectation for any kind of value add, you can cruise your way if you are content with a pay that's decent and want a role with no stress and accountability

Cons

Management that's destroying working culture by displaying zero sense of accountability to the worsening executional ability and single focus to show men in bad light. Management folks don't understand the new generation and shift on style of working and are least bothered about attracting and retaining good competent people.

Pros

Great overall package, flexible working, diverse, lots of opportunities - everything you’d expect from a Tier 1 bank.

Cons

It hugely varies depending which division and location you work in. IT specifically in London is a shrinking environment because of cost compared to strategic growth regions like India and Poland, whilst Switzerland remains where all the real power is.
