      Global company with a long tenured history.

      Cons

      So many employees that don’t really have a job with much impact making it hard for the performers. There is a culture of disgruntled engineers that try to keep it so technical and all about the work that the lowest priority of the company is to support the sales efforts. They need to stop being so proud of yesterday and find a modern way to continue to prove their leadership.
