      Pros

      -Worked with some extremely talented, intelligent professionals (most of whom have since moved on because they're too good for the organization) -Work/life balance

      Cons

      -"Fail Up" philosophy. Those in the inner sanctum continue to rise, despite never meeting goals -Senior leadership is completely inept; they are never wrong, are never around and surround themselves only with 'yes' men -Complete lack of vision (or rather a vision that changes every 3 weeks)
