6yHappy to see your feedback regarding the campus, 401k and benefits. When it comes to pay, you should feel free to have a discussion about compensation/workload with your current manager or HR. Also, there is no need to wait for a mid-year or year-end performance discussion to broach the subject since we phased those out. Our managers and individual contributors are equipped with the tools to have ongoing and meaningful career discussions at any point throughout the year.
