      Flexible work schedule, fairly stable, poor management

      Pros

      Flexible work hours. Majority of staff are competent and hard working. Fairly stable....many employees work here over 25 years. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Can get stuck with not a lot of room to grow. Company does not have a clear plan on how to bring in new business. Benefits have been cut over the years. Middle management does not have power to make decisions and does not take responsibility for any slow down in business.

      Work-life balance, culture, benefits; flexible hours, core hours 9-3.

      Cons

      bad leadership, peers getting promotion based on favoritism, unqualified managers. Management decision changes quarterly. Too much dirty politics due to unqualified managers making bad decisions. Managers need to establish business management degrees, or hire new qualified managers.

      Top management is scared of competition and makes a lot of changes. Does not look like the core competences and values are distined to survive.
