      Senior management is making strides at establishing transparent communication. Compensation seems to reflect slightly above market mean. Company vision and mission seems to be on target. Recent introduction of a system that values the contributions of all employees.

      Great Experience as an Intern looking to acquire a lot of experience in the Professional Engineering world.

      There is a lot of movement of interns around the various departments which gives them great experience moving forward with their careers with a lot of practical project work.

      Cons

      Lack of structure in rotational policy for interns sometimes created confusion. Also a concern about the long term career advancement opportunities at the company.
