      Growing company, multiple opportunities, fast pace of change, culture is changing and opportunities for training across the board

      Cons

      somewhat bureaucratic, no measurement of time leads to less work done, lots of old culture still around like car parking based on rank and tenure, functions need to be less policing and more supporting
