Limited career path available. There are only two options for graduates: Engineering Path and Management Path; You could become very senior in Engineering Path, however, it seems there is a dead end when you get promoted to group leaders....at least at my office. Limited communication between middle and senior management.

No room for real growth. Most employees are stagnant and technical training is not a priority. Company does not keep up with current technology trends and expects employees to work in a "Production Line" mode, even though the work does not lend itself to that type of operation (Senior MGT does not understand (or maybe they do and just dont care?) this because they have never done the work themselves). Company has become too political in recent years and this makes it difficult or impossible to speak your mind (it is discouraged by intimidation). Many managers only seem to care about themselves and not their direct reports.
