Great cause, the emergency work in countries that need it the most is excellent. Work at the country level is very good in many countries.

Cons

Bureaucracy, lack of innovation, insular mentality, unequal treatment of staff. Friends of senior management get promoted without due process.

Not enough opportunities to transition to a permanent position. Lack of diversity within senior management (mostly white males at the top).
