      Pros

      Fantastic office which will really teach you the true value of diversity. Lots of exposure and intelligent staff. Very good work life balance.

      Cons

      Pace of decisions and change is static. Abuse of power rampant and encouraged. Little career progression for most so turnover of staff very high.

      Pros

      The development team in Bangkok and Copenhagen are the only teams among all UN agencies which implements SCRUM for development of its projects. Great place to learn.

      Cons

      Other departments are more political and has a very strict type of management with no flexibility for staffs.
