      Pros

      Learned there is nothing that I cannot do and there are those three to support. Great opportunities to climb and keep getting promoted. Input from all levels is always listened to and given the same consideration. You get to work with people from all over the USA. Benefits are great for you hands family.

      Cons

      My only cons are the long hours and Going moths with time off. If you do not grow it is because yo have not tried.

      Pros

      Great training and technical skills. Decent health care and housing allowance for those that qualify. The army provides a lot of travel opportunities as well as educational.

      Cons

      No work experience required, makes for a lot of lazy people and those that do not know how to be professional with their rank. Toxic leadership and glory chasers make the Army a very hard place to stay motivated in. I see a lot of very unintelligent, ill-spoken, and unprofessional service members be able to excel because they know the right people of know how to play the system, rather than use their expertise and merit to become promoted.

      job security, medical (for someone without a family), when there's time off, there's a lot

      unpredictability, degrading benefits, worthless retirement package, missed holidays etc
