I like the autonomy provided by the organization and free hand to take decisions. The encouragement given to employees regarding innovative mindset is quite appreciated. Good reward system in terms of recognition or appreciated. Insurance Facilities provided are having huge benefits and are at the premium ones as compared to other companies. Work life balance is awesome.
