Pros

Nothing pros about this company, if you stay for more than an year, skillful, intellectual. Salary on time

Cons

My experience shows-- Higher mgmt uses agency by stalking/psychological stress/harass calls on employees if there is a conflict/strong averse/disagreement with the mgmt. Becareful not to confront any 2nd generation working managers here even truth lies with you. More than processes in the company meeting project objectives, Higher Mgmt MISDEEDS on employees are confined to the confidence on this external agency. That's why one can see Long time working mgrs can PLAY EASILY WITHOUT ANY FEAR with the new employees. THEIR whole LIVELYHOOD [decision on employees] is reliable on TAKING THESE AGENCY/S INTO CONFIDENCE and nothing else. I am trying my best to get this agency caught. I am hopeful it will be soon. I also request honest snr mgrs/directors to try from their end and join hands to stop this menace from society.

Pros

As of now flexible timing is allowed. Atmosphere to build good rapport among employees.

Cons

No transperancy regarding direction in which organization might be moving or vision organization is seeking. Variable pay system often tends to come as a disadvantage to employee. Zero work-life balance if somebody is good at work, such people will be terribly overloaded 90% of time. Organization doesn't look beyond revenue, anything which doesn't generate revenue even if it will provide value add to organization or customer is not entertained.

Pros

It's like a family, all are very approachable, works from home options are available, there are options to work from any of their offices, variable component in the salary is very less

Cons

There is total lack of process and very less growth in this company. At one end company keeps hiring people by offering them very high salaries and on the other end, people are asked to resign to avoid being fired; the moment they come to bench. Even freshers are not spared from this. There is a very high number of fake experienced people in this company. Managers are supposed to take blame for everything and they are not engaged in any decision making process. Transparency is very less. If you come on bench, the only way to look for opening is by calling people you know. There is no common place to see the current opening. The HR does not help. They do not even give one month or provide any assistance to find project
