      Pros

      I have loved 2 most imp things in UST: 1. The leaders are really supportive , and encouraging and give enough chance for your growth if you have the compassion and vision. Limitations & challenges are always there but that is what enables you as a next gen leader. 2. The Colors program and the values of the company is the best, i haven't seen anything similar in any other company. i you have a heart to help others then this is the place to be in.

      Cons

      There is always a room for improvement, with such a fast growth in UST in lats 5 yrs , the rules and transformation is also needed to match the industry standards, its happening but we can have to catch up faster

      Opportunities to learn and grow are aplenty, you just need to look around in the organization and engage. There are so many leaders who are willing to commit time and energy to help mentor and coach associates!
