      Pros

      On time salary. Some good mentors. You will learn how to complete a project without requirement document.

      Cons

      1. No Job Security - If you are on bench for 1 month. You could be asked to resign. 2. Short term projects- Projects here have duration of 2-3 months. There is a less chance of getting a project on a technology of your skill. 3.Work-life balance- I worked for 3 projects. All had tight deadlines and needed to work over-hours and some times weekends.

      Great co workers and decent benefits

      Cons

      High turn over rate, overall people are underpaid, high pressure environment, executives doing shady deals, churn and burn atmosphere. Anyone that is good leaves after being there a short time. Very India centric as, far as policies, and procedures.
