      Cons

      Extremely poor management. Horrible work life and micro-management. Unprofessional and audacious clients. Low pay. Variable pay is not properly given on time.

      Pros

      Management is very open-minded in terms of you want leaves or have any concern. The best thing here is that they don't micromanage their employees. You feel sense of independence and flexibility while working here.

      Cons

      Since the organisation is into consulting, most of the work culture depends on the client for which you are working. Sick leaves, earn leaves and other leaves are less here

      Pros

      Company put me in talent pool. Then ask me to leave after 2 month.

      Cons

      Hr is not responding at query and hr team will call and talking rudely and threatening to candidate. Finally she asked me to leave.
