Pros

1.Creates more oppertunies to help you master your concious which understands the values of peace of mind and prepares you for the worst by enabling you to with stand and endure fear, humiliation, betrayal and big stick policy. You having a loan to pay will accelerate your evolution and get mentally prepared for all survival measures. When you get things right you certainly find ways and drastically improve your self confidence, which is awesome. 2.Teaches you to pay attention to those small things in your life for happiness. Wonderful way to motivate yourself and think about the pursuit of happiness. 3.Can provide excellent training to make you feel the urge to create and store evidences that you were actually working every minute and evade termination measures. You will start realizing that u r worth your salary when your manager abides to client's expectations on those 2 page timesheets with description on detailed task split up for every couple of hours, which only takes a couple of hours. 4.Helps u understand how actually putting your papers can become your appraisal by providing you with 200k retention bonus with terms stating that u have to pay it back if you resign or they terminate u with in the next 18 months, while receiving awesome feedbacks and still ending up with a "Needs Improvement" rating (WAIT WTF) due to a project change during the month of March IN THE actual appraisal process 5.Can learn about the luxury of getting unpaid leaves by staying in probation period for 15 months and actually understand what benefits mean when u receive them. This is you learning to appreciate those little things in life. Endurance pays. 6.Can understand that UST IT support teams are robust, fast delivering, and accurate with your queries than various Indian govt agencies like civil courts where things often happen after decades. Here it's just better. Just push a little and you dont have to wait that long. 7.Can learn how blessed your life is when your colleague is asked for bank statement of his first employment 7 years ago failing which he gets terminated. 8.Can realise how other organizations thrive without so many of the words "termination" in the offer letter provided to their employees 9.Makes you realize that you can better your communication skills when you try to convince management that you will not be able to swipe your access cards in their branches every day when you are deputed and working from client location and that they can also get more info from ur reporting managers 10.Management is very cooperative and gets equally surprised to find out that multiple people in organization are in probation with out benefits for more than a year for no reason at all between 22nd-26th calendar days of every month. That is when they have this secret introductory meeting where you get to know who your floor manager and building managers are and those Ust real estate guys who found the building in the first place and surprisingly there was this one person who asks this one question - "how the organization is?". You just have to discover that this session happens and attend it and hurray u are out of your probation and confirmed of your services with benefits. 11.Management is very understanding. They support you and will save you even when you get escalated for not being in office on a saturday due to you actually admitted in hospital for a surgery. People will follow up closely with you to monitor ur wellbeing. It has nothing to do with that termination statement in offer letter with respect to u screwing up ur heath and not being able to proceed further. Take your time! Get well soon! Will you come tomorrow! Won't happen. So no worries 12.OMG.You can get visa to US before the back ground verification team has actually verified your data. Can convince them later saying u are legit because of the visa when they politely offer to terminate you due to lack of supporting documents. 13.Helped me evolve from being a moody person into a easy going person and Ust made it happen for me. Love them for it. You dont get scared when you are ready to lose anything and start feeling naughty right :) 14. You get oppertunities to work with technologies other than your primary. They do help and motivate you to do it cos once ur project is over they may not have an other for ur skills and u have to step outside ur comfort zone to avoid those sentences with the word "Termination" in the offer letter. Guess what!, you become a techie in no time which is Awesome 15. Management has a lot of experts capable of providing out of the box solutions. When you ask about that gym your HR was speaking about, Infrastructure management team promises to screw that HR for you and helps u locate gyms very near to the office. It's a big help as it's really hard for u to find one outside. Definitely its difficult to find one near your home. They have courtesy enough to help you with more such things

Cons

People lacking perspective will stay the same for ever and who dont understand the pros won't get enough training to survive in the industry by Ust Global.

Pros

As such there are not much pros. Very limited. some team outings, appreciation awards.

Cons

The most important and first point is very less salary given to employees. To live in a city like bangalore they are hardly paying peanuts. They do not care how the person is surviving. They dont care if he has a family or not and how they are surviving. They take so much amount in a person's name from clients and not even give 30% of the amount as salary. I am very surprised to see how people are still in this company. So much politics in the team and based on that appraisals and your salary increases. Appraisals are given to the minimal to a best performer as well. Really disappointed with this company. Taking advantage of employees. Making them work to the maximum but paying very less.
