      Semiconductor leadership in good technical and competent hands, easily approachable, very transparent, always willing to listen/help and mentor. Engineers are treated as friends , open to discuss career path , interested skills , honest and constructive feedback shared if asked. Flexible options to choose projects,skills .

      The opportunity to learn new skills to use in our careers.

      Cons

      I applied for the company because the description was to train minority women with a IT background and to help place us with clients, since the IT field is male dominated and lacks minorities. The company paints us as inner-city women that they helped teach how to dress and act in order to get a job. It is unfortunate.
