Compared to other MNC, we can improve technology

Not an Employee Friendly company. No one will be considering about employees perspective. Even HR will not handle these issues. Employees are not cared by company. If the project ends, we will release from project/Account. Later, getting a project is only need of an employee not for the company. There is no much support from Talent pool. not getting a project in two months, we will be terminated. Asking a lot of technology from a single resource irrespective of their experience, which is difficult to manage project activities. It is very difficult to get a project in Talent pool. We need to beg for the project opportunity. Workload will be very high. We loss the personal life. we were dedicated to work in a 24*7 manner. There is no work life balance. Output is solely depends on Quantity over than Quality. Job security is not a concern for Company.

Be careful with Dell Client in UST. Worst Harassment

No Pros In any way don't think of joining UST DELL client, if you want peace of mind

Cons

1) Forcing and Harassment is going on to work on weekends by giving more workload. 2) Don't expect any compensation for working on weekends even though people are working 12-14 hours on workday. 3) UST doesn't understand the blockers and issues facing by people, when harassed by Dell(client). 4) No proper transportation,Insurance or any benifits. 5) Management focus is only on pressurising employees to make them work 14 hours and weekends. 6) No professionalism just they treat you like labour.
