Long term employees are less benefited in terms of salary. New hires are paid with excellent margin. Variable pay components is high for some employees and it is completely up to employer what % to give to employee.

In my opinion, for an employee like me, the utmost preference is on the work environment and the work culture because these two factors have a significant impact on a person’s life. With my past 8 years of experience with UST, I believe that UST is having the best work environment and work culture. In these years with UST, I always felt UST as a one big family supporting each other on many different factors(Both work related and social causes). In UST, there is a plenty of opportunity for a person to grow personally and collectively as a team. UST has always recognized, appreciated and awarded employees on their true efforts. For an IT engineer like me, there are wide variety of technologies & platforms that I can get hands on which in turn can improve my skills and learnings. Even in this covid pandemic, UST has taken care of all its employees including me. I am really thankful for UST being true to its promises and commitment towards employees.

Cons

- Overload and pressure based on projects. - Only Anniversary date compensation and it will be below avg. - Less employees need to handle the bigger program.
