      You salary is paid on time

      Cons

      Unprofessional HR team - who don't even know how to talk to their employees. Just a harassment. You have to take up projects that are assigned by your manager- no choice of your interest to chose the domain, tech , kind of the work. Managers who don't even show interest to know what you work on , once you are allocated to some client, they don't care. Year long contract that they sign from employees, so please don't put your sweat on working for some client day and night. You get no reward nor recognision.

      Willingly pay a contracting role more that it’s own employee Did not pay increment for 6 years Appraisal is farce Favoritism Trick people in getting low salary onsite by providing offer letter just before flying Manager does not keep promise

      1. Good team members 2. Team outing once in 5 months or so 3. Management is good but you have to communicate well with them

      Cons

      1. If u stay in ODC, learning will be less as there is no contact with blue badge employees 2. No scope of learning new technologies
