      Pros

      If you're Indian you are going to receive less assignments and more salary. If you're Mexican you are going to do the things the Indian doesn't want to do (receiving small salary), but you can play table football and ping-pong during lunch period. As part of Talent pool, you are going to be paid just to be in office, so it's a good chance to search job in different companies.

      Cons

      There aren't any chances to grow. Local HR and Account Management doesn't know how to manage the resources' skills to get (i.e. If Java Developers are required, they hire new staff instead of use professionals that have that background).

      Pros

      Good Salary and compensation for a fairly recent company the scheme of compensation is great, excellent salary and money if that is what you are looking for.

      Cons

      They are really slow to react to employee situations, lack of follow through. Also their business professional attire is not always welcomed, that is something they need to think through a little bit better.
