No Integrity, Unethical, Poor delivery management and more politically focused rather than domain and technology.

Pay OK if negotiated at the time of joining.

Cons

Not a great company to work long term. Too much focus only to Malayalam community. Mid level management plays double games and politics than more focused on bringing solutions on the table. Management is not Trustworthy. No growth for employees to stick around Longer.

Salary Hike is not that great. The type of work seems not that great after a point of time but it depends on the project.
