      1.Located only in Kerala. 2.People outside kerala find it difficult 3.No development projects. Only Support and Testing projects are available

      Work environment is good. It has customers globally which opens the door of opportunity. Job Security is high.

      Company gives least preference on Employee economical growth. HR group is not much impressive in responding to employee concerns
