      Pros

      The company has a huge market presence in Kerala. The core values and culture has been thought through before being laid out.

      Cons

      Sadly governance and enforcement of policies are not in place. Blatant abuse of the system is rampant. Policies are being manipulated for individual benefits. HR has been segregated into more than 8 separate units. Recruitment team has been segregated into more than three units, Mission and Vision statements are laid out with out any strategy in place.
