Good work life balance Good managers and leads.
Cons
Worst variable pay policy. If we need variable pay we need to stay till next year payout time(Band A - April 30 and Band B - May 31). If we resign before that we lost 1 and half year variable pay. This they have changed without informing anyone. So many employee lost their variable pay. They cheated all.
