      Pros

      Literally Nothing You might get attractive packages but you can't earn it , they will terminate you without any notice period. Once you came to bench you're days are numbered

      Cons

      Zero job security Threatens Workers to resign job Bulk hiring & bulk firing No proper Work Force Management Asking people to move out Terminating without any notice All short term projects, you can't be in any project for long time

      Not worst if have a good client but some UST Manager a bit racist

      Pros

      - good benefits, working in client site. - I would say depending where you are situated, work is alright but expect no support from management, only if problem arises but they are mostly there for formality, not support

      Cons

      - really bad management infrastructure and support from management. - and normally management site is from INDIA and they always help worker from India. eg. give them good pay rise. - sometime feel a bit racist when you know those performer get low rate on increment and those same race with management get high rate although their performance so so only.

      Laying off old employees and hiring new once just for fame

      Nothing as such. No pros. They don't have projects

      Cons

      They're just playing the hiring and layoff game for becoming famous over LinkedIn and other hiring platforms. They don't have enough projects. My 3 friends have been layoff( and hr said that either you give a resignation/they will terminate you). So never join this company.
