      1) Respect towards the employees

      Cons

      1) Leadership doesn't have proper road map 2) Leadership team never plan to provide complete solution to their clients. They just plan to increase their revenue by a few dollars. 3) All the out dated software used in this company 4) No coding standards and architecture 5) While recruiting the laterals, they never provide proper JD and the responsibilities of the employee. 6) Every one in this company inclined to Mallu and localities 7) This organization is best suited for the ones who don't want to compete in the open market 8) Name of this organization should be UST Local but not Global 9) No job security.

      Is UST Global campus hiring a scam? Need insights from employees/HR

      I'm a 2025 CSE graduate desperately seeking help from anyone who works at UST Global or knows someone in their HR team. My situation: Selected in campus placements - confirmation received SEP , 2024 Signed LOI on June 13th, 2025 (Developer role) It's been almost 13+ months with ZERO communication No joining date, no emails, nothing I rejected offers from Cognizant, TCS, and Infosys to accept UST. Now I'm stuck at home with no updates while my batchmates are all working. I've tried emailing the POC multiple times - no response at all. The pressure from family is becoming unbearable. I don't know what to tell them anymore. This uncertainty is seriously affecting my mental health. I am thinking like my life is useless.. I am unluckiest person in the world.. Please, if you: Work at UST Global (any department) Know someone in UST HR Have any contacts or information Can you help me get ANY information? Even if it's bad news, I just need to know what's happening. I'm not trying to create problems - I just need basic communication. One email, one update, anything. If anyone can share this with UST employees or tag someone who might help, I'd be forever grateful. This could really make a difference to someone's life right now.

      Worst Place to Work, No job Security

      Pros

      The compensation is good when hiring, but the hikes are so poor.

      Cons

      The company comes with millions of promises but when it comes to full fill them they just goes away. Once you done with your responsibility with the assigned project you will be directly ask you to resign with immediate effects. They will never think of your talent, skills and outcomes, Every single person from the managements tells you lie when assigning projects and if you question then they will keep calm and you will never be heard. It will be our worst decision if you join this company. Be jobless for couple of days/weeks/months and find some better place to make your carrier. No job security , You may be asked to go out at any part of time as they make you fear of losing jobs continuously. They are always away from client office and never support you form their end no matter if you work day and night or even in weekends.
