Pros

Superior benefits Opportunities to take on challenging projects and responsibilities. Flexible working hours and remote work options.

Cons

There is high pressure in the recruitment area, with frequent use of phrases such as "You might be fired," which leads to a sense of insecurity and emotional strain. Daily meetings often lack actionable outcomes and self-reflection from leadership on structural issues is limited. There was an absence of direct leadership involvement, and decisions were often made without adequate communication or support from direct managers. The absence of timely communication, follow-up, and accountability from my manager created obstacles to meeting objectives and affected the clarity of the path forward. The exit process was handled solely by HR without direct communication from leadership, resulting in feelings of disconnection. Recent organizational changes, including project closures and staff reductions, have created a discrepancy between the company's stated values and its actions.

Pros

Honestly, none. There's nothing you can't find at any other company.

Cons

- You work with people who are very closed-minded. - Managers are rude, they yell at you, and they don't care what you're going through in your personal life; they just want numbers. - The selection process is terrible, they can reject you the day before joining the company (this happened several times with some candidates). - They have bad practices such as giving you the contract until the day of joining or sometimes even a day later. - There is bureaucracy everywhere. - The managers are threatening to fire you for not doing something that you've previously explained to them with evidence that isn't possible to do. Humility, humanity, and integrity—these are the words they use all the time to promote their company, and that's exactly what they lack.
