Downside of this company had alot. Some important points must be pointed out 1. Poor salary and increment - They will give tonnes of reasons to drag your increment. - Your increment will be given in terms of rewards which not fair to employee 2. Manager are useless - He not dare to fight increment to HR for his employee. 3. Useless HR - Even employee's performance was excellent, HR will not considered about it. They will judge based on how closed with you and your manager and decide based on the bell curved graph, not your performance. So it's fate to see you fell in which area of the graph.

No growth if you are not malyalam speaking. If any growth only some selected peoples i.e if you foot sucking will get the growth. if you work hard and chances of getting growth then suddenly managers will start pointing out the mistakes which not at all mistakes in real. And someone who doesn't deserve will get the growth. This company is very communal and they always prefer doing communal politics in work place that too with decent employees.
