Worked in UST global Penang Malaysia location around 3 years. Good company for only Tamil people.

Cons

Managers are worse Penang HR is very worst. They are not professionals. Company rules are different for managers and employees. They need only billing billing. They were in the project even your skills not matching also. Lot of fishy things are here.

Cons

Will recruit without project and will through out the people without project . If project ramdown HR's will give pressure to put on the paper. Ramdown will only happen with shorthand term project with 6 month ,two months. Will recruit the candidates for two,three months project. Technical managers dont even have 10% technicality comparitively freshers. Litrellay will make ladies cry. Because of their decisions and bad business strategy. Who have dependables and all .please dont join this company.
