Pros

There is not even a single Pros - ZERO Pros

Cons

Basic facilities in a company : no proper food court - you need to starve everyday. No food or snacks is allowed from outside also, even 1 rupee chocolate will be seized from pregnant ladies- you need to starve starve starve all days. Worst dress code - all 5 days only formals which will make you least interest to work. Once joined in the company Hike is started after 2 and half years, until no Hike. No growth in the career as there is no new projects available and cost cutting for any new tool to be used. Totally working with this company will spoil entire work life and career growth.

Pros

Good company policies and small small friendly benefits still

Cons

I worked for this company for almost 2 years and couldnt tolerate the growing extent of cheap behaviors/work style/culture out of my own experience and of heard from the resigning folks before me also. For such a small company, the outgoing people are more and more despite the fact that as such the company still has good benefits and policies. This company is growing but growing with no maturity. If you have other companies offers, do keep UST as the farmost last option to join so that it will help getting good experience somewhere else, even if UST people give you enticing offer but they wont make you to last. - Less experienced are in higher roles like managers/HRs by some desperate choice, just to show off the influence and not concentrate on core project issues - Micro management is very common they will count every min of your work and even tell you to call them and report to them, if you are going outside for company related task when doing a favor for the company - HRs blindly take the sides of the persons of their choice when it comes to some conflicting discussions. This is usual in most of the other companies but it is worst here as they dont see the validity of the discussions rather only see your Keralite eligibility for them to go biased. This is extreme filth of region-wise hate - People are not mature and professionals when inside the ODC, and they talk about all kinds of personal issues like husband issues, in-laws issues, cooking issues etc. You will not be able to focus at all since the groups sit much closer and create nuisance even if you warn them of it - HRs who called himself as a senior but threaten like thugs/rogues to spoil our career while forcing the resignations or over some non-validated concerns - While you are in the company, HRs send letters to your home address without informing you. What kind of organizations employ such HR thugs who have an unethical practice of sending the letters secretly when the concerned persons right there in the office to approach with just a ping or a mail away - People are ill-groomed and carry cheap mentality forgetting the fact they are working in a professional company surrounded by some professionals - They dont know how to groom as seniors and they dont know how to work with seniors - I had the nightmares twice of working in projects with woman co-ordinators which tell background lies through the teeth to make its role strong. Grouping with other women too and convincing them of its lies projecting your own inputs as given by someone else, picking on simple things and project as a crime like skipping irrelevant meetings etc to make its case strong Do you want to work for such company from where people are leaving or forced to leave despite having interest and plan for a long term employment. This place is no good if you are not from Kerala and its no place for decent professionals!
